We have decided to rename our little Aubrey Ann. She will now be known as Fussy Mcfusserton. Fussy has decided that she is not going to nap during the day without a fight. Just last week she was napping for an hour and a half every three hours, and sleeping a consecutive six hours at night. Well, that was Aubrey Ann, but Fussy (her cranky twin) has decided that she does not need, nor wants naps.

Some of you may think, “Well, if she isn’t napping all day, she must be sleeping well at night.” Ahhhh…you naive little souls. When Fussy is in town, she doesn’t sleep all day, then decides that she needs to wake up every two hours at night.

I don’t know how long Fussy will be staying, or when (or if) Aubrey Ann will be back in town. If Fussy stays much longer I am going to need a long vacation.

If you come to visit any time in the next few days, don’t be surprised to find me rolled in the fetal position in a dimly lit room, eating a half gallon of rocky road ice cream.

Even if Fussy decides to stay, I must admit that she is the cutest gremlin I have ever seen. Have I ever mentioned that our baby turns into a gremlin every time she wants to eat? Yep, you heard right. If she gets hungry, she immediately starts grunting and chewing her arm off. Sounds like a gremlin, eh?

UPDATE…

Since this post was written Fussy Mcfusserton (Aubrey Ann’s cranky twin sister) has decided to leave. She does like to pop in for a visit during the late afternoon’s and evenings!
